I’ve worked with several trainers before, but FC50 Fitness is by far the best personal training experience I’ve had. If you are looking for a personal trainer in Pleasanton, I highly recommend them. The workouts are personalized, professional, and focused on real results. I started training for weight loss and strength training, but I also improved my mobility and overall energy. The attention to detail and coaching quality are on another level. What makes FC50 Fitness different is how customized everything feels.
I’ve had a great experience working with the trainers at FC50 they are knowledgable and structure each session based on your personal goals.
I signed up my teenage son with FC50 a few months back and it's been an investment I will not regret. He had been going to the gym on his own and scraping workouts from various online resources. As a teenager, having the right foundation regarding strength building, body building, and equipment usage is important for safety and long term health. So we took him to Peter. Peter listened closely to understand our goals, he was neither upselling, nor pushy, nor condescending.
