This is the only car service I’ll use in the Chicago area. They are always on time, actually slightly early, the cars are immaculate, and the drivers are courteous. Usually use Echo to and from O’hare but I’ve also used them to travel around the city and that service has been excellent as well. There have been times where I’ve needed to make last minute changes to times or destinations and they always accommodate. They’re customer service is fantastic. Recently, as I was placing a reservation, I forgot to include my flight number. Someone from Echo emailed me immediately to let me know so that they could track the flight and make sure they got me on time. I updated the reservation, the flight actually was delayed, and they were there waiting for me. Best Limo service in Chicago, period. Also, Andreea is a great driver. There was a delay caused by the airport, and she coordinated with me to make sure I could be picked up at a designated alternate location and still make it on time. Great service.
