Clayton South is a suburb of Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. It is located in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne, approximately 8 km east of Melbourne’s central business district. Clayton South is bounded by the Maribyrnong River to the north, the Eastern Freeway to the east, the Plenty Road railway line to the south and the Plenty Valley Reservoir to the west.
